Important Announcement: Transition of Sales & Service Support
Since 2008, Dave and Cara at DACTEC have been dedicated to supporting you. After many successful years, they have decided it is now time to retire.
Moving forwards, Weiss Technik UK (WUK) will assume the responsibility for the sales and service of Weiss Technik products in all 32 counties of Ireland. This transition is underway, and to ensure local support WUK will have a Service Engineer based in Ireland.
Key Transition Details:
- Effective Date: The transition will take place on 1st July 2025.
- Service Support: From 1st July 2025, all service and warranty support will be handled by WUK.
- Sales: WUK will also take over sales operations from this date.
- DACTEC’s Role: While DACTEC will remain in existence until the end of 2025, it will no longer provide service support after 30th June 2025.
Both DACTEC and Weiss Technik are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining the high level of support you have come to expect. With the extensive resources behind WUK, we are confident this change will bring added benefits and improvements.
